CNC Machinist Lead — Second Shift

What you'll do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment
• use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment to validate tolerances
• monitor production, output, labor performance, scrap, rejects, and housekeeping
• assign jobs and machines
• lead shift handoffs
• answer team questions
• train and coach team members
• promote process improvements
• maintain a safe, clean work environment.
