Sales and Member Experience Associate — Part-Time

Job overview

The Sales and Member Experience Associate role is onsite in East Walpole, MA, for 15–20 hours per week, including two evenings and one weekend day. Pay is $17–$20 per hour based on experience, plus performance incentives for membership growth. The role supports the launch of a new KidsUnited location, whose soccer-based classes help children ages 2–9 build confidence, coordination, and life skills. The associate helps families discover the program and creates a welcoming experience from initial inquiry through trial class and membership. Timely follow-up, relationship-building, and customer service support enrollment and the new club’s growth.

What you'll do

• Respond to new leads and schedule free trial classes
• follow up with families by calls, texts, and email
• guide families from trial class to membership
• greet members
• assist with schedules and billing
• provide customer service
• support weekend events and community outreach
• communicate with the General Manager.
