What you'll do

• Create a safe, loving, engaging classroom for children ages 12–24 months
• follow the L.E.A.P. curriculum through hands-on activities, play, music, movement, and exploration
• support social, emotional, and early learning skills and independence
• provide daily routines including meals, naps, diapering, and classroom activities
• build relationships with children and families
• communicate about each child’s day and progress
• collaborate with the teaching team
• keep the classroom clean and organized.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. At least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience and a high school diploma or GED are required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
