What you'll do

• Enter candidate and employee data into HRIS systems
• shadow HR team members across recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• prepare onboarding packages and coordinate orientation under mentorship
• collect HR and compliance documentation
• coordinate applicant flow in the ATS
• schedule interviews
• track employee status changes, training completions, and onboarding milestones
• receive training on HR software and assist staff with internal HR tools.
