Enterprise Field Service Manager — Construction

What you'll do

• Conduct pre-installation site walks and readiness assessments
• lead kickoff meetings
• coordinate deployment crews, schedules, resources, priorities, and execution
• ensure safe, efficient, timely completion
• perform QA/QC inspections
• oversee commissioning and Functional Acceptance Testing
• validate installations against project requirements and AHJ standards
• ensure documentation and closeout
• enforce OSHA, NFPA, IFC, and industry safety standards
• conduct safety briefings and audits
• serve as primary customer-facing field leader
• provide updates and resolve field issues
• coordinate inspections and permitting
• lead and develop field teams
• maintain field reports, commissioning records, and as-built documentation
• track labor utilization, project costs, and resource allocation
• support billing and financial reporting.
