What you'll do

• Clean and maintain residential common areas and assigned units
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and disinfect
• collect waste and recycling
• replenish restroom and cleaning supplies
• complete checklists and assignments
• follow safety and PPE procedures
• maintain equipment and supply inventory
• respond professionally to resident and guest requests
• assist with building security as assigned.
