EPIC Application Analyst

The EPIC Application Analyst works onsite in Clearwater, FL, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Evara Health, which provides primary care, dental, behavioral health, pediatric, and other services through community centers and mobile units. The analyst configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and optimizes Epic applications and workflows. By partnering with clinical, operational, and IT teams, the role supports implementations, training, documentation, compliance, and technology improvements that enhance patient access and care coordination.

What you'll do

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and optimize assigned Epic applications and workflows
• identify workflow improvements with clinical and operational teams
• support implementations, upgrades, testing, go-lives, and stabilization
• coordinate requirements, test plans, documentation, and project materials
• develop and deliver user training and job aids
• maintain application, configuration, testing, and training documentation
• support data validation and quality
• promote compliance, patient safety, data integrity, and confidentiality
• partner with providers, staff, leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
