What you'll do

• Assess and treat wounds and provide preventive skin care
• implement and monitor physician-ordered wound care plans
• conduct rounds to evaluate skin conditions
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on wound care
• maintain treatment documentation
• communicate progress with residents, families, and physicians
• monitor and assist with nutrition and hydration needs
• keep the treatment cart stocked
• and follow infection-control and safety protocols. A current RN license and CPR certification are required.
