Business Systems Intern — Summer Internship

What you'll do

• Assist with ERP/HRIS configuration and administration
• support user account setup, access requests, and basic permissions troubleshooting
• maintain system documentation, process guides, and SOPs
• build and maintain reports and dashboards
• assist with data cleanup, validation, and reconciliation
• help troubleshoot system issues and document recurring problems and fixes
• support integration testing and participate in user acceptance testing.
