What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• respond to incidents and requests for assistance according to site protocols
• monitor access points and verify credentials when required
• report suspicious activity
• prepare clear and accurate reports.
