Maintenance/Service Technician III — A2 Overnight Shift

Compensation is $0 per year. The Maintenance/Service Technician III role is onsite in Waco, TX, on the A2 shift: 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday. AbbVie’s mission is to deliver medicines and solutions addressing serious health issues. The technician maintains and repairs production and packaging equipment, troubleshoots problems, and supports equipment setup and changeovers. The work helps production meet delivery goals while following quality, safety, current good manufacturing practice, and departmental procedures.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair production and packaging equipment
• diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs promptly
• perform preventive maintenance
• assist with equipment setup and changeovers
• troubleshoot and coordinate corrective actions to reduce defects, rejects, and downtime
• complete repair and maintenance documentation
• follow SOPs, cGMPs, and safety requirements
• provide guidance and training to less experienced mechanics.
