The role exists to oversee construction project management and ensure the quality, schedule, and budget of new builds and capital projects. The manager acts as the owner's representative, driving project execution and troubleshooting equipment failures.

What you'll do

• Manage construction project scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Interface with general contractors during bidding and execution.
• Conduct constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs.
• Ensure quality control and report key metrics to management.
