What you'll do

• Assess and work to meet residents’ psychosocial needs
• assist with the social services budget and policy development

• share information about financial resources and help maintain eligible benefits
• mediate disputes
• assist with crisis intervention
• design, implement, and evaluate programs
• may interview, hire, develop, and supervise direct-report staff in accordance with company policy.
