What you'll do

• Manage public works and civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, cost controls, and procurement plans
• lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration
• coordinate with owners, engineers, agencies, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and correspondence
• review plans and specifications
• monitor financial performance and field progress
• coordinate permitting, inspections, testing, and regulatory requirements
• support estimating and project planning
• oversee punch lists, turnover, warranties, and closeout.
