What you'll do

• Support the Branch Manager with sales, service, and operational control
• advise staff and members on complex issues

• conduct daily huddles as directed
• meet assigned sales and service goals
• maintain knowledge of credit union products
• originate and close loans and ensure required documentation and conditions
• manage cash controls
• resolve member issues
• and open and close accounts.
