What you'll do

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and onsite training
• ensure required training and screening are complete
• inspect security personnel and service quality
• support payroll and incident reports
• respond to client requests
• make emergency notifications as required by site orders
• direct and instruct staff
• recommend personnel actions and operational improvements.
