What you'll do

• Engage showroom, lot, phone, and online customers
• conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
• explain new Subaru and pre-owned vehicles
• present pricing, lease and finance options, warranties, and service plans
• assist with trade-ins and appraisals
• coordinate with F&I, Service, BDC, and sales management
• maintain CRM notes and sales documentation
• meet sales and customer-satisfaction goals
• follow up after sales.
