What you'll do

• Present treatment plans and review financial and payment options
• follow up on unscheduled treatment
• coordinate scheduling and provider schedules
• support phones, check-in and checkout, payments, insurance, and patient records
• assist the Office Manager with daily operations, reporting, and administrative needs
• partner with doctors and the clinical team.
