What you'll do

• Maintain facilities and grounds
• remove snow
• repair building systems including roofing, plumbing, heating, and ventilation
• troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on machinery
• operate a forklift when needed
• perform painting, electrical, masonry, welding, and related work
• complete other duties assigned by the manager.
