What you'll do

• Clean bathrooms and fixtures in apartments and common areas
• vacuum carpets and mop tile floors
• spot-clean walls and windows
• dust furniture and empty trash
• clean baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents
• respond to residents’ additional housekeeping requests within allotted time
• assist with trash pickup and activity-room setups involving furniture
• report pertinent resident well-being information to management
• perform other housekeeping tasks as needed.
