What you'll do
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware, software, and infrastructure
- troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, routers, and switches
- monitor systems and application performance
- maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- provide help desk support in person, by email, telephone, or remotely
- work with vendors and IT personnel to resolve issues.
