The cook prepares and smokes meats and poultry, keeps kitchen stations clean and moving, and supports the team across kitchen tasks. The role contributes to consistent food preparation and service in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.

What you'll do

• Prepare, cut, and smoke meats and poultry
• move pans, trays, and containers between stations, smokers, and coolers
• keep the kitchen and assigned station clean
• assist wherever the team needs support
• follow recipes and preparation instructions
• use restaurant equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, smokers, steam tables, and microwaves.
