Housing Resource Center Program Manager

The manager oversees daily program delivery, staff supervision, housing services, data quality, reporting, and financial oversight. The role coordinates countywide partnerships and direct support as needed to improve access to housing resources and help young people achieve housing stability.

What you'll do

• Supervise and develop HRC staff
• coordinate coverage across both centers and outreach
• oversee housing prevention, coordinated entry, assessments, referrals, and housing education
• provide direct service and crisis support as needed
• monitor service quality, outcomes, data, and budgets
• coordinate reporting and compliance
• build community partnerships and improve access and housing outcomes.
