The Project Manager – Insulation and Remediation is an onsite, full-time role in Pearl City, HI, paying $72,000–$80,000 per year, with regular travel to assigned jobsites. Unitek Insulation provides hazardous material abatement and remediation services across Hawaii to industrial, commercial, healthcare, maritime, and government clients. What you'll do

• Lead project start-up and turnover, including scope, budgets, work plans, submittals, and pre-construction requirements
• coordinate site access, logistics, meetings, materials, and equipment
• visit jobsites to monitor productivity, quality, safety, and compliance
• resolve concerns and deficiencies with the Safety Director and Operations Team
• monitor costs, resources, schedules, and productivity
• oversee daily reports, timesheets, progress billing, change orders, and closeout documentation.
