The role supports controlled cash operations across entities and works with the CFO, Controller, Accounting, and other teams on banking, debt, reporting, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Prepare daily cash position reports and short-term forecasts
• process receipts, disbursements, wires, and ACH payments under dual-control procedures
• administer online banking access
• support month-end close and treasury-related schedules
• oversee cash application and resolve discrepancies
• oversee accounts payable payment timing and controls
• track debt activity and support short-term investments
• maintain procedures and controls
• support audits
• and prepare cash reports.
