What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to business unit leaders and project managers
• create and maintain spreadsheets, proposals, RFPs, correspondence, calendars, and documents
• keep plans and drawings current by posting project updates
• schedule weekly job meetings and track attendance, schedules, agendas, and minutes
• prepare startup and electronic O&M manuals
• request and log vendor information
• schedule owner training and reviews
• maintain valid permits
• cross-train with coordinators in other business units.
