What you'll do

• Work under a project manager or senior team member
• serve as resident engineer or project inspector
• communicate project scope
• inspect contractor work and record daily activities, quantities, equipment, and personnel
• schedule and facilitate progress meetings
• review contractor shop drawings, pay requests, and change orders
• coordinate material testing
• work with engineers and surveyors
• provide survey support and civil engineering design and drafting support as needed
• maintain safety certifications and client pre-qualifications.
