What you'll do

• Perform quantity survey of materials.
• Read and outline project specifications.
• Maintain audit trail of quantity surveys.
• Support vendor/subcontractor pricing.
• Support distribution of plans and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Prepare basic components of cost estimates.
• Solicit and compile vendor quotes.
• Participate in constructability reviews.
• Assist with developing scopes of work.
