What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks according to the posted menu
• follow therapeutic diet orders, including low-sodium, diabetic, renal, and texture-modified diets
• prepare minced, pureed, and IDDSI-compliant foods
• monitor and record food temperatures at critical control points
• portion and assemble trays according to diet cards and tickets
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• operate commercial kitchen equipment safely
• rotate and store inventory using FIFO
• complete temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and production records
• communicate menu changes and substitutions.
