What you'll do

• Maintain and operate heavy mechanical equipment
• troubleshoot equipment failures and performance issues
• repair and install rotating equipment including pumps, seals, turbines, generators, fans, bearings, and couplings
• support equipment commissioning
• read plans, drawings, and P&IDs
• maintain equipment safety and performance
• complete preventive maintenance
• perform piping, welding, machining, rigging, and alignment tasks
• maintain steam generators, boilers, piping, and lubrication systems
• lead employees as needed
• operate vehicles and inspect them before use.
