What you'll do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient heart failure and transplant consultation service.
• Support interdisciplinary programs.
• Predominant inpatient service responsibilities related to the LVAD/HTx program.
• Expected inpatient rounding, VAD/HTx clinic, including ECHO for VAD/HTx and invasive procedures (RHC, Implantable PA monitor and endomyocardial biopsies).
• Expected call 1:4 in Round Rock location (Recovery program).
• Expected call 6 weeks a year in Temple location (VAD/HTx program).
• Dedicated HF nurses and APP once a week with plans for expansion.
