What you'll do

• Organize people and machines for throughput and cost control
• hire, train, coach, and manage team performance
• resolve production roadblocks
• own schedules and staffing plans
• monitor costs, output, methods, and tooling
• partner with engineers on process improvements
• lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects
• manage budgets
• verify incoming materials and finished goods meet quality requirements.
