What you'll do

• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and staff scheduling
• support sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement
• maintain cleanliness and organization
• troubleshoot operational and customer-service issues
• coordinate beverage consistency with the LA Pantry team
• execute events and activations
• and train, coach, and support team members.
