Reservations Agent — Hotel

Job overview

The Reservations Agent works on site in Telluride, Colorado, in a full-time, year-round position. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience. The role is part of the Mountain Lodge Telluride Reservations Team at a full-service condominium hotel. The agent handles guest and owner reservation inquiries, books and updates accommodations, and promotes amenities and upgrades. Accurate reservation records, responsive service, and follow-up help support occupancy, revenue, and guest experience.

What you'll do

• Process reservation requests by phone, email, online platforms, and in person
• enter, modify, and cancel bookings in OPERA PMS
• track leads and follow-ups in TrackPulse
• promote upgrades, packages, and amenities
• provide room, rate, policy, and availability information
• coordinate owner bookings and special requests
• maintain reservation records and inventory controls
• assist with group blocks and event reservations
• prepare arrival and booking reports
• follow up on no-shows, cancellations, and billing discrepancies.
