What you'll do

• Respond to resident calls, texts, emails, app messages, and office visits
• log and follow up on requests
• resolve issues or coordinate with the appropriate person
• provide resident app support
• respond to prospective renters, schedule and conduct tours, and assist with applications
• prepare homes and paperwork for move-ins
• coordinate repair requests and confirm completion
• monitor common areas and amenities
• manage bookings and support resident events
• maintain accurate resident and prospect records
• open and close the office and hand over outstanding matters.
