Property Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Survey buildings for health and safety standards
• perform general upkeep including painting, carpentry, plumbing, appliance installation, drywall and window repairs
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• complete make-ready work for vacant apartments
• participate in an on-call rotation
• travel locally as required.
