What you'll do

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional development teams
• facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• partner with Product Owners on prioritized backlogs
• remove impediments and promote continuous improvement
• coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices
• coordinate dependencies across development, QA, architecture, and DevOps
• support integrations and data migrations
• track and report Agile metrics.
