What you'll do

• Generate and manage mortgage opportunities through real estate relationships, client referrals, and local market activity.
• Consult with borrowers to understand their goals, evaluate loan options, and guide them through the financing process.
• Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, agents, processors, and internal lending partners throughout the transaction.
• Provide clear pre-approval guidance, scenario support, and financing updates that help purchase clients compete with confidence.
• Represent Generations Home Loans as a trusted lending resource in your assigned market.
