The therapist provides outpatient behavioral health services and contributes to coordinated care and clients’ recovery and wellness goals through assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Provide behavioral health intervention, evaluation, and assessment, along with individual, group, and family counseling. Develop and maintain a community referral network
• provide education and training
• maintain timely clinical documentation and required records
• coordinate care across Prairie Ridge services
• and attend consultations, supervision, and training.
