What you'll do

• Create, revise, and verify complex CNC programs and manufacturing sequences
• perform advanced setups and operate numerically controlled machine tools
• program and operate simultaneous 5-axis machining
• inspect parts for conformance and adjust programs as needed
• determine tooling and gauges
• maintain program files, tool lists, and process drawings
• coordinate with production and engineering on workholding and workflow
• maintain equipment and initiate nonconforming-product procedures when needed.
