What you'll do

• Provide valet services to hotel guests
• retrieve, transport, organize, and store luggage
• respond to guest inquiries and requests
• share relevant guest feedback with management and other departments
• assist with room moves and luggage deliveries
• attend to the lobby and front door as needed
• drive property-designated vehicles to destinations within Newport as needed.
