• Attain assigned sales, revenue, and solicitation-call goals
• conduct solicitation calls and sales tours and entertain clients for applicable segments
• grow relationships with assigned accounts
• monitor trends in the market segment
• provide attentive, courteous service to guests and associates
• follow company and sales standards and metrics
• maintain working knowledge of hotel operations and policies
• maintain visibility in local community and industry organizations as applicable
• may assist with or participate in special promotions
• attend required meetings and functions
• perform other duties as requested by management.
