What you'll do

• Manage eviction cases and track filings, notices, hearings, and writ executions
• prepare and issue jurisdiction-compliant legal notices
• update tracking systems with legal status and court information
• coordinate with market attorneys
• handle high-volume resident calls and inquiries
• negotiate payment plans and move-out agreements
• identify resident payments
• monitor collection and eviction trends
• maintain accurate system data.
