What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and menu items
• cook at assigned grill, sauté, fry, or other station
• meet quality, presentation, and temperature standards
• maintain a clean workstation
• follow food safety and sanitation rules
• label, rotate, and store food using FIFO
• monitor inventory
• and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
