It drives cloud-system roadmaps, defines and tracks performance metrics, and coordinates technical and operational teams to improve fleet deployment and service outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional strategy and execution to scale fleet orchestration across the robotaxi service and autonomous test fleet. Drive the roadmap and execution for cloud systems that match rider requests with vehicles, manage charging, and position vehicles for demand. Champion test-fleet routing and mission-assignment improvements
• define and track KPIs, investigate root causes, and develop data-backed plans. Partner with engineering, data science, product, and fleet operations teams.
