The role also supports compliant hiring, candidate and hiring-manager communication, onboarding, and ongoing improvements to recruiting processes.

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to determine staffing needs
• screen resumes, interview candidates, administer assessments and reference/background checks, recommend hiring decisions, and deliver offers
• partner with sourcing specialists to develop diverse candidate slates
• manage internal transfers and interview coordination
• gather feedback and maintain client relationships
• communicate employment information during offers
• ensure onboarding and orientation processes occur
• support compliance with federal and state laws and affirmative action plans
• maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and retain application files according to policy
• suggest and help implement recruiting process improvements.
