The Resident Life Assistant role is onsite in Holden, MA, for $16.25–$19.42 per hour. The position supports the Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit at Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center. The assistant plans and supports recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote residents’ dignity, choice, independence, socialization, and emotional well-being. Activities are adapted to residents’ interests, abilities, and preferences to enrich daily life.

What you'll do

• Plan and assist with group and one-on-one activities
• encourage resident participation
• support special events and outings
• adapt activities to residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• build relationships with residents, families, and team members
• and maintain activity calendars, supplies, and program documentation.
