The Enhanced Support Partner (Direct Support Professional) role is onsite in Media, PA. Pay is $25 per hour. The role supports one person with disabilities in pursuing independence and inclusion at home and in the community. The partner assists with daily living, communication, personal care, transportation, community participation, and advocacy, including lifting assistance, G-tube feeding and medication, and pool activity support.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one support with community engagement and activities of daily living
• assist with personal care, communication, transportation, lifting, G-tube feeding and medication, and swimming-pool activity
• advocate for the individual and support participation in community life.
