What you'll do

• Supervise field crews on installation and retrofit projects
• ensure compliance with NFPA 13, local fire codes, and specifications
• manage schedules, staffing, and site logistics
• inspect workmanship and progress
• oversee testing, final inspections, and closeout
• mentor installers and apprentices
• conduct safety meetings
• communicate with customers, contractors, and inspectors
• maintain field, change-order, as-built, inspection, and testing records
• coordinate materials and equipment
• and monitor costs and waste.
