The role oversees staffing, training, health and safety, compliance, documentation, household operations, and budgets, while coordinating professional services and supporting residents’ daily needs.

What you'll do

  • Lead and guide staff and support residents
  • coordinate health care and therapy appointments
  • maintain records and reports
  • oversee nutrition and planned menus
  • establish health and safety procedures
  • develop habilitation, activity, work, and behavior programs
  • maintain a clean and compliant home
  • manage budgets, expenditures, payroll, and financial reports
  • train and develop staff
  • implement regulatory and agency compliance procedures
  • maintain documentation
  • oversee vehicle use and staffing schedules
  • participate in on-call weekend coverage and fill in as needed during illness or emergencies.
